is that you get to develop a relationship with your unconscious.

Why is a relationship with your unconscious so important?

Not having a relationship with your unconscious is like
being driven around in a car by a driver whom you don’t know
and with whom your can’t communicate!

How are you going to get to where you want to go?

Dreamwork is a great way to get to know your unconscious

and although dreaming is a solo sport

sharing your dreams can be fun and fulfilling

 especially if you do it in a way that uses your body and voice

like

method of improvisational theater

and how to apply it to your dreams

meets once a month to explore our dreams together.
